external cleaning
Grime and dirt on your driveway and paths look unsightly and the dirt can get trampled into your home. In heavily marked areas it can be slippery.
If you value your time, why not have us out with our specialist machine. Our Honda-powered professional jetwasher is capable of outputting 21 litres of water per minute (1/3 kg every second).
We select from a series of grading nozzles and flat surface cleaner to make sure this power is appropriate to the treated surface. We carefully judge the pressure according to the task.
Grounds Maintenance
From jungle clearance and disposal to lawn mowing & hedge cutting, we will meet your needs.
No job is too small for us. If you have just moved in or are preparing to leave a property and need things tidied up, we do that too.
We are SEPA Licenced. We can deal with large house and garden clearance projects swiftly at excellent value.

General Maintenance
If you have internal or external maintenance requirements, give us a call.
We love small jobs, the ones that trade companies do not want. They often shy from quoting for small jobs. We will not.
Our pricing is upfront and there are no surprises. We charge £25 for the first half-hour and £17.50 per every half-hour block after that.
For top value, have us sort out a number of things during the time we spend with you.
Inventories
With the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) legislation, Landlords and Tenants entered into a new legislative framework.
The new rules addressed vulnerabilities to both parties that had remained in “he said/she said” territory previously.
Our service provides professional & accurate veracity to your entry into the TDS.
For landlords, deploy us to protect your properties from harm & dilapidations due to careless treatment or violations of your carefully worded tenancy agreement.
We use high grade equipment: Canon 7D cameras for precise recording of your property state, diligent note-taking onto our macbook computers, clearly formatted documentation. Digital signature technology is used at handover stage.
We offer open access for both parties at all times to the record – held on file in the digital cloud.
A property safeguarded with an inventory and condition report is more likely to be kept well.
